Lots of “lows” making headlines in Phoenix real estate news this month. Lowest mortgage rates in 3-years. Lowest housing inventory in 14-years. Lowest foreclosures nationally in 18-years and one more big low that is welcome news for sellers.
What price ranges in Phoenix have experienced the highest YoY sales price appreciation? I have the top 3 for you. Two are in the frenzied segment of this market. The third-place finisher amazed me. Didn’t see that one coming.
