Residential real estate in the Valley is still firmly in sellers’ control, but something interesting happening in the last 30 days.

It was a big week in news for the Federal Reserve. The Federal Funds rate was lowered by .25% as many expected, but will this impact Arizona mortgage rates?

Gilbert just ranked in the Top 20 for a WalletHub.com survey for the best places to buy a home in the U.S. Scottsdale, Phoenix and Chandler also made the list. Here’s more:
